Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

• Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging

• Custom or special order items are not eligible for return

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process

2. Ship the item back to us with a tracking number

3. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
